Panasonic has officially unveiled the world’s first 20″ Ultra HD tablet. It delivers “4K” resolution (3840 x 2560, 9.83 million pixels) on its IPS panel, which is more than twice the horizontal and vertical resolutions of Full HD (1920 x 1080) and has a density of 230 pixels per inch. The prototypes you see above run Windows 8 Pro, and are powered by a 1.8-GHz Intel Core i5 3427U vPro processor, 4GB of RAM (expandable to 16GB), discrete NVIDIA GeForce graphics, and a 128GB SSD. It weighs 5.3-pounds and measures 18.7″ x 13.1″ x 0.4″. No word yet on pricing or availability.
