
While not as sleek as the Tesla Cybertruck mini PC, the PasocomMini PC-8801mkIISR is modeled after a 1985 NEC desktop computer. At just 99.5 x 85.7 x 31mm, it comes with both HDMI and USB ports, perfect for connecting an external keyboard, mouse, as well as displays.

Featuring a Zilog Z80-based NEC μPD780C-1 4 MHz processor, the same one found in the original NEC-8801mkIISR, 64KB of RAM, 48KB of VRAM, 4KB of Text RAM, a microSD card slot, a full-sized HDMI port, USB 3.0 / USB 2.0 Type-A ports, a 3.5mm headphone jack, stereo speakers, and support for a 640 x 200 pixel color display, up to a 640 x 400 pixel monochrome display, or up to three 640 x 200 pixel monochrome displays. The computer runs N88-BASIC software and will ship with 10 classic games. Available Spring 2025 in Japan, priced at approximately $200 USD.
