Developed by S-Game, Phantom Blade Zero is an Unreal Engine 5-powered slash RPG meets ‘Kung-Fu punk’. The game is set in Phantom World where many different kinds of powers converge, including Chinese Kung-Fu, arts of the occult and other elements that cannot be classified into any one category.
Players assume the role of Soul, an elite assassin that serves “The Order.” Soul is framed for the murder of The Order’s patriarch and gravely injured in the ensuing manhunt. Fortunately, he is saved by a mystic healer, but his cure only lasts for 66 days. To get revenge, he’ll need to battle against powerful foes and other worldly beings, before his time runs out. The game takes place in a semi-open world with multiple large maps. A release date has not yet been set, although it will hit both PS5 and PC platforms.
