How about a computer case that looks like a giant heatsink? This modder built just that. It basically “dissipates “all its heat throughout the case walls, instead of internally.” Click here for first picture in gallery.

I think the cooling system was a success. The components used were Opteron 170 @ 2.4 GHz and GF 6800GT. The case could easily cool down the Opteron, so I believe it to be a sufficient way to cool down almost all modern processors
