Jimmy Donaldson never plays small, and six days from now, on November 13, the YouTuber known as Mr. Beast will flip the switch on Beast Land, a six-week pop-up theme park within Riyadh Season. Gates close on December 27, giving you precisely 45 days to get in.

Neon towers and glowing arches rise over a patch of desert turned carnival. Renderings show white mystery boxes the size of shipping containers—Donaldson hasn’t revealed what’s inside, but the tease alone is keeping fans scanning ticket pages. Tower Siege is the first station you reach after passing through the entrance arch. Teams use real wooden catapults to hurl foam balls 60 feet into the air, where they arc into color-coded tubes. One in the center ring is worth 500 points, a rim bounce is worth 100, and a complete miss results in a collective sigh from the crowd.

Drop Zone is located 50 yards away, under the lights. Six strangers go onto spring-loaded platforms. Each player will see one red button in front of them. When the horn sounds, everyone slaps their buttons first. The trap door is activated by the hand that is moving slowly. One by one, players fall through the floor until one champion emerges with 1,000 points and bragging rights.

Airmail, located high above the midway, features a zip line that crosses a sand pit. Riders hold weighted canvas bags and count to three before releasing. A bullseye on the middle target earns you 800 points. Outer rings receive less, but every bag that sticks beats the walk of shame.

Dungeon Escape is located deeper in the grounds. A mirrored maze turns into a sprint. When the gate is opened, motion sensors activate the clock. The first person to push the exit button freezes the board, while latecomers scrape for seconds. Traditional coasters still spin and plummet nearby—Donaldson claims there are three scream machines—but the custom stations are the main attraction. Each game generates a running leaderboard on a 40-foot screen.

Points literally equal cash in this theme park. Get 5,000 points and proceed to the luminous wall that is the length of a basketball court. Shelves are three floors high, with Feastables bars, signed hoodies, gaming laptops, and one electric dirt bike that changes color every night. Staff in fluorescent vests scan wristbands, hand out duffel bags, and take triumph photos. The top daily scorer receives the bike, while everyone else leaves heavier than they arrived.

General entrance is $7, which includes a wristband, map, and license to roam, shop, and eat. No games, no rides, and no points. For $25, you can upgrade to Beast Mode, which includes unlimited runs at every custom station, three coaster laps, and a 500-point starter bundle. vBeast Mode+ costs $66, and it includes front-of-line passes, all-you-can-ride bracelets, and a designated route to the reward wall as normal. Pre-registration for the nightly Beast Arena finale, in which the top ten scorers of the day compete for a big prize envelope, is limited to this tier.

Burger stands serve Feastables-dusted fries, while a milkshake bar pours a tasty concoction thick enough to support a spoon. Merch stalls sell glow-in-the-dark t-shirts that react to the black lights above. After sundown, the entire zone syncs to a special song; every hour, the lights dim, drones spell out “BEAST” in the sky, and the prize wall flashes like a slot machine.

Donaldson picked Riyadh for one reason: half of his 449 million users are closer to the Persian Gulf than California. Flights from Dubai take 90 minutes, while trains from Jeddah take under three hours. Riyadh Season is also contributing to the bill, though the exact amount is unknown.
