Sennheiser announces two new headphone lines, the “PMX” and “HD” series. The HD435 with an open air design, features playback frequency of 18 – 19,500Hz, 32 Ω impedence, 110dB sensitivity, 100mW input allowance, and weighs 160g. While the HD205 geared more towards DJ use, features playback frequency of 14Hz – 20kHz, 32 Ω impedence, 112dB sensitivity, 100mW input allowance, and weighs 206g. Moving on to the PMX200, these over the ear 60g headphones, have playback frequency of 10Hz – 21kHz, 32 Ω impedence, 115dB sensitivity, and less than 0.1% distortion. Lastly we have the PMX100 weighing in at 60g, features an open air design with playback frequency of 15Hz – 27kHz, 32 Ω impedence, 114dB sensitivity, and less than 0.1% distortion. These go on sale later this month in Japan with prices ranging from $17 (HD205) – $77 (PMX100).
