That’s right, NASA’s Space Shuttle Discovery is planning to land at Kennedy Space Center’s Shuttle Landing Facility Tuesday at 7:30 a.m. EDT. An alternate plan is “to bring Discovery back at the backup touchdown site in Southern California.” Video after the break.

It would be the first time since 2007 that a space shuttle has descended over so much of the United States.
