
Super Mario Bros. Remastered, a fan made PC remake of the 1985 NES classic by YouTube creator JoeMama, releases on September 13, 2025. This lovingly crafted project adds updated graphics, refined gameplay and new features while staying true to the original.

Mario’s journeys have always been timeless and a new fan made project rekindles that magic with style. YouTube creator Syrus212 has rebuilt the Gateway Galaxy from Super Mario Galaxy in Unreal Engine 5 and is offering a free PC tech demo that adds modern visuals.

VB Mario Land, also known as Mario Adventure by some, was a planned but canceled platformer for Nintendo’s Virtual Boy, a short-lived 1995 console that aimed to deliver stereoscopic 3D gaming with its signature red-and-black visuals.

Nintendo’s Mario Kart World Direct today was essentially a 15-minute showcase focused on the upcoming Switch 2 exclusive, set to launch on June 5, 2025. For the first time in the series, Mario Kart World features a vast, interconnected world where courses are linked by roads. Players can drive between tracks, especially in Grand Prix mode, where you navigate from one course to the next as part of the experience.

Not much information has been revealed, but from a short gameplay video, we can see that you’re able to select from various languages, choose a different aspect ratio, and show FPS.
