Tesla’s Optimus was really put to the test after engineers decided to see how the humanoid robot would perform on uneven terrain, even without a video-based vision system in place. We won’t spoil everything, but will say that it performed decently, but with some slippage.

Exact pricing has not yet been revealed, although Musk did say that the demand for general purpose humanoid robots should exceed 20 billion units in the long term.
