PCMag reviews the budget-priced Toshiba Satellite M105-3001 notebook. It features a speedy 1.67-GHz Intel Core Solo T1300 processor and 512MB of PC4200 DDR2 memory, giving this laptop the power to handle almost any task. A 14.1-inch widescreen XGA display with TruBrite technology is perfect for watching DVD movies through the built-in DVD SuperMulti (+/-R double layer) drive. Other bonuses include a 80GB SATA hard drive running at 5400 rpm and a 5-in-1 Bridge Media Adapter.

All in all, I would have liked to have seen the Toshiba Satellite M105-S3011 ship with more RAM. Even with this deficiency, however, it’s a great inexpensive notebook, with a lot of horsepower and not a lot of carrying weight. You can feel comfortable parting with your hard-earned cash for it.
