Didiok Makings’ innovative TY-3R quick rescue drone can land in water and serve as a lifebuoy in case of an emergency. At the push of a button, this drone can be deployed from a remote location and show the operator a first person view, thanks to a built-in 720p camera.
It’s sturdy enough for two adults to hold onto once in water and can achieve a maximum speed of 29 mph with a 10-minute runtime on a full charge. IP68 waterproofing means it can be submerged to a depth of 3.3-feet for up to 30 minutes without damage to its hardware. The 11-pound drone is available now, priced at just under $12,000 USD.
