Inspired by Japanese Capsule Hotels and British Airways First Class, Simon Woodroffe has created YOTEL, “one of the world’s most radical hotel concepts”. Each room in YOTEL has just about every luxury you can think of, squeezed into 10.5m² of space. Designed by Priestman Goode, the rooms feature Sony Flat Screen TV’s w/Surround Sound Speaker System, Wi-Fi, On Demand Movie/Music Service, Double Rotating Beds, and an Ensuite Bathroom. Another innovative feature are its internal windows, meaning that they face the naturally lit corridors instead of having an outside view. How much do these rooms cost? A very reasonable $122 USD per night. YO! Everything, Simon’s company, plans to open two of these hotels in central London during 2006. Click “more” for additional photos. Source: [BornRich]
