Zappos Shoes’ CEO Tony Hsieh — company was recently acquired by Amazon.com for $1.2-billion — isn’t content with just delivering shoes in a timely manner, but they like to package some happiness as well into their workers. We found happy employees everywhere, even at the Kentucky warehouse where many have what would seem to be physically exhausting and mind-numbing jobs, like shoe picker Mandy Rager who came to Zappos three years ago.
