Cardboard SLR Camera

This (Ueba) may be the world's first cardboard single-lens reflex camera. Unfortunately, instructions weren't provided on how to build one yourself, but it looks to be well constructed none the less. View all pics after the jump. (Thanks, Melissa K)

예스아마존 심장마비로 갑자기 죽는 경우는 대개 심근경색증 때문 심근경색증이란 심장의 관상동맥이 완전히 막혀 혈류공급이 되지 않아 심근 세포가 비가역적으로 파괴되어 괴사를 일으키는 병이다. 흔히 심장마비로 갑자기 죽는 경우는 대개 심근경색증 때문이다. 원인은 대부분 관상동맥경화증이며, 위험인자로서 고혈압, 흡연, 당뇨병, 고지혈증, 비만증이 있다. 관상동맥이 동맥경화로 인하여 약 70%이상 막히면 협심증이 생기고, 나아가서 아주 심하게 좁아진 부위에 혈전으로 꽉 막히게 되면 심근경색증이 생긴다. 증상은 가슴의 통증이 협심증보다 훨씬 더 심하며, 가슴이 터지는 듯 또는 빠개지듯이 아프고, 때로는 명치 부분이 아프기도 한다. 이러한 통증은 대개 30분 이상 지속하며, 식은 땀을 흘기고, 창백하며, 불안해하고, 구역질과 구토를 하며, 무기력해지고, 혈압이 떨어져 심장성 쇼크에 빠진다. 불행하게도 발병 후 2시간 이내에 환자의 약 절반이 병원에 도착하기 전에 사망한다. 심근경색증이 갑작스럽게 발생하였을 경우엔 심장의 경맥을 소통시키는 효과가 있는 ´소합향원´을 따뜻한 물로 투여하거나, 산소를 흡입시켜 동맥 중 산소분압을 높여 심근의 괴사를 방지하도록 한다. 발병즉시 입원, 3, 4일간 절대안정 필요 심근경색증이 발병하면 즉시 입원하여 첫 3-4일 동안 절대 안정을 하는 것이 중요하다. 왜냐하면 환자의 대부분이 이 기간 내에 사망하기 때문이다. 환자는 아무리 생활이 바쁘거나 답답하더라도 침상에 꼼짝 않고 누워 있어야 한다. 그 후에는 조금씩 걷기 시작하여 약 2주경에는 합병증이 없는 한 퇴원할 수 있으며, 충실한 치료를 받은 2개월 정도 후에는 치유되어 심근의 상처는 흉터를 남기게 되고, 환자는 사회활동에 다시 복귀할 수 있다. 고혈압, 당뇨병에 주의, 금연, 동물성 지방섭취도 제한해야 한다. 소중한 인생 심근경색으로 잃으면 얼마나 안타까운가! ▷▶▷▶▷ 심근경색, 뇌출혈 미리 보장받자. 예스아마존 질병보험상품몰 ================================================================== 게시판 관리자님의 동의 없이 글을 등록한 점에 대해서 죄송합니다. 유익한 정보가 되기를 바래서 올렸습니다. 불필요한 글이라고 생각 하시면 삭제 부탁 드립니다.
