This is the follow up to Doom (w/Half-Life wad) running on an iPod Nano. Someone has now managed to get Doom II running on a 5th-generation iPod . Video clip after the jump.

Bloody hell. I remember when I used to play Doom II how jealous I was on my neighbor because his HW was capable of playing the game in "high" screen resolution. Mine did not. Now, you can get it working smoothly on your iPod. Unbelievable!

Nice - but it's not a Nano, it's a 60gb video. Now Doom II on a Nano WOULD be impressive...

I have a video capture card. plug the output of the game console into it and record. then download to the Ipod and you're set to hoax the world.

that is not really doom II it is actually a modified version of the doom .wad made to look like the game and so is the half life game they are really good though! BTW you dont have to replace your iPod OS, you can partition it and install the Linux/Rockbox OS on a separate partition.

no it is actually doom 2. it runs the doom2 wad and the ultimate doom wad. the halflife wad is made from the doom2 wad.
