PICTURES: "QuickOrder" - The Starbuck's Ordering iPhone App

Soon iPhone owners who visit Starbuck's will be able to order directly from their handset with "QuickOrder". Click here for first picture in gallery. Here is how the payment system will work:

This concept was designed before the Apple patent is widely publicized. Similar to ordering song through the web via iTune account, Semacode works like a digital "receipt," allowing the user to use their iTunes account for the transaction (which will bypass credit card transaction/identification, and speed up the pick-up process)

I guess that it is pretty cool that it uses Semacode generators BUT there really is no need for this. I doubt that it will be much faster than ordering things the regular way...
