Top 5 Most Creative Ads

5. Jobsintown

German job finder site Jobsintown got the most for their advertising dollar with these creative posters.

4. 3M Security Glass Advertisement

What better way to test your Security Glass than by creating a display loaded with cash and telling people to kick. That's exactly what 3M did.
A security guard was present to make sure no one broke the rules and that people couldn’t get to keep the money if they broke it.

3. LG - The Evolution of Audio

"The Evolution of Audio" showcases music devices such as the grammophone to LG's latest mobile handset

2. The $60,000 iPod Ad

The Consumerist reports on a recent Tekserve advertisement that took over $60,000 in iPod players to make -- achieving a "Rube Goldbergian domino effect".
The ad is for Tekserve, a large, independent Apple specialized store in New York City. That’s iTopia in the background, their store-within-a-store dedicated to iPods and iPod accessories.

1. Honda's Chorus

All the sound effects were made by a human chorus in this UK Honda Civic commercial. Words can not do this clip justice, take a look.

#1, 4, 5 are my favourite.... the Tekserve wasn't that creative at all... and #3 makes me laugh

Seriously, the Tekserve ad is Sh!t... They spent 60,000 buckes cause they wanted to... That crap couldve been done with broken Ipods (and there are a lot to buy cheap as dirt) making this comercial cost less than a couple of 1,000...

Honda get creative with a lot of adverts, if you had run this a couple of years back, honda would be number 1 with Cog

I have to agree, the Tekserve ad was nowhere near Rube Goldbergian, the Honda Cog commercial did that much more effectively

Top 5 filler content articles? You'd definitely make the list. Did you find any of these ads yourselves, or did you find them on other lists of good advertisements? I'm thinking the latter since I've certainly seen each and every one of them before in the past 12 months on Boing Boing/Digg/etc.

the 3M one is great. the Hoda ad was kinda dumb but not as dumb as the ipod thing

I personally think the Honda Accord 5door commercial was better than the Civic commercial. I'm sure you've seen it, the one where they disassemble a one and place the parts around making a long array of events ending in showing off the accord. I just love the part where the automatic winsheild wipers crawl across the floor. Fantastic.

What is wrong with you guys? #5 is not an ad! That's really how coffee machines in Germany work! How else do you think they get that homemade taste? And that poor girl only makes a couple Euros an hour!

I also like the Sony Bravia ad where thousands of colorful bouncy balls were shot down a San Fransisco street. here
