You’ve probably heard of the old bait and switch scam where a seller initially shows you a working product, prices it slightly lower than a new device, walks away, and then returns to bargain some more with a non-functioning brick. Well, this unfortunate soul fell victim one of these scams, and ended up with an iPad Mini that didn’t quite work, to say the least. Continue reading to see why.

That’s right, upon opening the device, this person found that the store owner had sold him a weighted dummy, placed inside a real authentic box. As you can see, it went straight into the trashcan where it belongs.
