Not all of us have the knife-throwing skills of Steven Seagal in the 1992 film ‘Under Siege’, but one YouTuber has a solution. YouTuber Quint built a crazy knife throwing machine using 3D-printed components, heavy duty servo motors, solenoids, and high-performance batteries. The latter was needed to hurl the heavy metal throwing knives accurately with just the right amount of spin.
Aside from the machine itself, Quint also attached a LiDAR sensor for measuring the distance between targets, while a laser ensure pinpoint accuracy. The magazine can store over 10 throwing knives, so in case of a zombie apocalypse, you’ll be more than prepared for a battle. All of the steel parts you see were custom machined by Quint, knives included. Don’t have a 3D printer? You could always turn the Apple Card into a functional knife, even without a computer for that matter.
