64 Bits Dark Souls 3 Demake Nintendo NES
You’ve seen Elden Ring on the SNES, now check out what a Dark Souls 3 demake would look like on the NES. Right off the bat, you’ll notice that instead of a third-person action RPG, the game is now a side-scrolling platformer similar to Ghosts ‘n Goblins.

More specifically, this Dark Souls 3 demake draws inspiration from Castlevania, Ghost ‘n Goblins and even a few gameplay elements from Mega Man 2. The team paid attention to all of the small details including making the background of the second boss entirely black due to the NES hardware not being able to handle additional sprites.

How has no one mentioned accurate sprite flickering! Like, that is a thing with real NES games! That is an insane detail to include! This is why I love you guys so much, because you keep little details to remind us of the system and its limitations. said one commenter.
