Ambulance Drone

On average, an ambulance takes 10-minutes to arrive at the scene of an accident – much too late to be of help in some cases. The Ambulance Drone seeks to change that by bridging the gap between call and the time it takes for help to arrive. Inside, it comes equipped with a defibrillator, CPR aids and a host of medicines. “Beyond just providing the necessary tools for an emergency, the drone can also act as a camera and communication device, allowing the emergency response team the ability to see the environment and communicate with people at the scene. It would even allow emergency responders the ability to remotely activate the defibrillator once it has been put in place,” reports Inhabitat.
