Apple filmed a dramatic scene from their upcoming F1 movie starring Brad Pitt at the Las Vegas Grand Prix last month, and many fans were left wondering what was going on. The good news is that now actual race vehicles were damaged and that the movie has officially wrapped, with a release date set for June 27, 2025 in the US.

The film follows Sonny Hayes, an F1 driver who raced in the 1990s, but was forced to retire due to a crash, that is until a team owner and friend contacts him. So, he decides to come out of retirement to mentor rookie prodigy Joshua Pearce for the Apex Grand Prix team (APXGP). It’s being directed by Joseph Kosinski, and also stars Damson Idris, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Javier Bardem as well as Sarah Niles. We also included a bonus clip of Brad Pitt racing F1 driver Charles Leclerc at the Abu Dhabi GP 2024.
