There’s the Apple Smart Ring, and possibly, a future glass-bodied MacBook Pro with wireless charging built directly into the palm rest area. The Apple patent in question was just approved by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office yesterday, with some of the sketches also showing a magnetized keyboard accessory for those who prefer typing on a physical device rather than a touchscreen.

Apparently, this glass-bodied MacBook would have touchscreen surfaces that can be easily configured to your needs, whether it be a virtual keyboard, game controller or a media device. Should you not need a controller, both surfaces can be used as an art interface when combined with the Apple Pencil or similar stylus device. Aside from Touch ID and reverse wireless charging, this area can be equipped with other sensors as well for showing heart rate, blood oxygen, etc.
