We may be months away from both the Apple Watch Series 10 and watchOS 11, with the latter confirmed for a fall release. The new Vitals app showcases key health metrics to help users make more informed everyday decisions, and offers the ability to measure training load for improved fitness as well as performance.
Training load basically measures how the intensity and duration of workouts is impacting your body over time. Users can use this data to better understand the strain on their body from workouts over the last seven days compared to the last 28 days. Activity rings are even more customizable with watchOS 11, including the ability to customize Activity ring goals by the day of the week. The developer beta is available now, while the public beta is set to be released next month, ahead of its official update this fall.
