When is a Pagani Zonda not just a hypercar designed for the track? When it’s being used as a space divider in a luxurious apartment. Pablo Perez Companc, who owns both a rare Huayra BC and a Zonda Revolucion, decided to use a Pagani Zonda shell as a living room divider in a modern $8-million oceanfront Miami condo.
Perez said that it “structurally will never be able to receive an engine or the entire mechanical part. I would never condemn Black Minion to being locked in a living room. Race cars are for driving.” The most difficult task was transporting the Zonda shell into the condo, as cutting it into smaller pieces was definitely not an option.

Installing the vehicle was accomplished with the help of an exterior crane that lifted the Zonda into the air and through the condo’s balcony doors. After lowering it inside the condo, it was rotated in a vertical position and fixed into a custom aluminum and carbon fiber stand.
