Belgium resident Eric Vekeman tried several times to apply for a garage permit, but was denied, so he decided to get creative. Once his food shop was closed, it was cleverly turned into a garage of sorts, but appears like a regular shop window. Believe it or not, the entire opening process takes just 2-minutes.
