Color Changing LEDs

During the day, the National Library of Belarus looks like any other. At night, “the library turns into an enormous video screen due to 4646 color changing LEDs planted behind the glass.” Video after the break. Click here for first picture in gallery.

the new national library of belarus was built in 2006 in minsk and revealed itself to be housed in a 23-storey diamond shaped building, each of the 24 panels covered in glass.
