
Architecture firm New Frontier was commissioned to build a tiny, yet cozy, home for international bestselling author Cornelia Funke, and the Cornelia Tiny House is the result. Despite looking like a wooden shipping container at first glance, this modern living space features a writing room, private library, and even a guest room, complete with plenty of floor-toceiling windows to let the natural light shine in. “A rolling ladder is included for reaching the bookshelves located along the top of the building, as well as getting up to the lofted bed which sits just above the water closet and sink. All things said, it’s so nice that we expect to see Funke either starting to publish much longer books or at the least more of them,” reports Hi Consumption.
