DARPA Stealth Bike
DARPA’s new stealth bike, powered by a lithium-ion battery, is touted as being capable of running on just about any type of fuel, whether it be jet fuel, propane, used car oil, or even cooking oil. In stealth-mode, the sound level is measured at around 55 decibels, the same level of noise produced by a normal conversation.

Each one of these DARPA motorcycles are powered by cutting-edge hybrid multi-fuel and electric engines. These can burn a variety of combustibles like JP-8, Jet A-1, gasoline, propane. All the user would need to do is simply choose the right mode to let the motorcycle know whether it’s burning gas or something else, and it then automatically makes adjustments. Theoretically, it could even run off used car oil or even olive oil.
