David Fisher’s Dynamic Tower was set to begin construction in 2010, but due to design changes, it’s only now getting off the ground. This 1,375-foot-tall skyscraper will feature rooftop solar panels, and 48 individual wind turbines that will be concealed within the floors to provide power. These two sources combined are expected to produce 10 times more energy than it will use. However, what really sets this apart from other structures is that its 80 floors are capable of rotating a full 360°, enabling guests to select their own personal views, with everything powered by sun and wind energy.
