EcoCapsule first unveiled their egg-shaped tiny house that can be transported anywhere in the world, and now, they’ve followed up with “The Space”. It may look similar, but this mini living space is priced at just $55,000 USD, which is a lot less than the $88,000 USD price tag on the original. Instead of a wind turbine, this model boasts a removable 200W solar panel array that stores energy in a battery and, if necessary, can also be hooked up to the grid at an RV camp.
The structure itself boasts an aluminum chassis and a fiberglass cover. On the inside, you’ll find traditional insulation and wood materials, complete with a sliding door for easy access. Unfortunately, this model does not have a dedicated bedroom, but rather just a sleeping area and enough room for maybe a small sofa as well as a table. Fortunately, closet space is plentiful. On the bright side, a bathroom can be added as an option.
