Developer Jonasz Osmenda turned the classic RPG into a 3D FPS that lets players customize their character and battle it out in a few familiar regions from the original such as Klamath. The hit and attack combat system pits you against enemies like raiders, while future updates will contain more characters.
Yes, this remake still uses a few of the original assets and maps, so expect a DOOM-like experience when playing. The most current version (update 5.1) fixes the possibility of going through a closed door when trying to pull the handle and the textures in the bathroom building are now mixed. Interested?
