Another month, another dual-screen laptop, and this time, it’s the GPD Duo. Similar to the ACEMAGIC X1, this dual screen laptop packs two 13.3″ (2880 x 1800 resolution) 60 Hz Aurora OLED panels with up to 500 nits max brightness and support for the Microsoft Pen Protocol for added productivity.
The first screen can be flipped up to a 135° angle, while the second one can swivel 360°, allowing it to be hidden when not in use. Or, you can push it upwards 180° for use as a second screen, or fold the laptop closed to put it in tablet mode. Other features on the $1,270 USD base model include an AMD Ryzen 7 8840U processor, 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD. Interested? Pre-orders should open by the end of September – early October.
