Another day, another Grand Theft Auto 6 fan mod, and this time the recently released trailer was recreated using GTA 5 assets. Since the latter was released over 10-years-ago, it’s safe to say that even with the best graphics mods, the characters, objects, and environments are no match for those found in GTA VI.
As for the setting of Grand Theft Auto 6, the game will take place across several counties in the State of Leonida, a fictional version of Miami, including Vice-Dale County (home of Vice City). Currently, there are three known counties have been identified by name, while the entire playable area of Leonida has yet to be officially revealed. As the 2025 release date nears for the Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5, we’ll definitely learn more about the protagonists as well as Leonida.
