Hypershell X Outdoor Exoskeleton AI PowerSuit
The Hypershell X is called the world’s first outdoor PowerSuit, or basically, an easy-to-use, AI-powered exoskeleton that enhances mobility, strength, and how long you can keep going. Unlike the Power Loader from Aliens, this is a light, wearable gadget made for outdoor fun like hiking, running, and biking, plus everyday chores.

It comes in three versions: Go X ($799) with 400W power, a 9.3-mile (15 km) range, and 20% less effort needed; Pro X ($999) with 800W power, a 10.8-mile (17.5 km) range, and 30% less effort; and Carbon X ($1,500), which is like the Pro X but has a lighter titanium alloy frame. This hip-worn exoskeleton weighs as little as 3.9 lbs for the Carbon X and is made to ease strain on your lower body, spreading out weight and helping with moves like walking, climbing, or carrying stuff.

The AI MotionEngine uses more than a dozen sensors (like motion trackers, gyroscopes, and air pressure sensors) to watch your movements right away, tweaking the motor’s power with just 0.03 seconds of delay. It matches your walking style, predicting and aiding with stuff like climbing hills or running fast. The M-One motor system puts out up to 800W (1 horsepower) and 40 Nm of torque, offsetting up to 66 lbs of felt weight. This makes carrying heavy backpacks or tackling steep trails feel a lot less tough.

While the Power Loader boosts raw power for jobs like moving cargo, the Hypershell X focuses on lasting longer and moving easier for outdoor lovers and everyday users. It won’t help you wrestle an alien queen, but it can make a 100-mile hike or a day of snow shoveling feel way less tough. The AI and light design make it seem less like a clunky machine and more like a natural part of your body, though it doesn’t have the massive strength of the sci-fi version.

To complement the PowerSuit, Hypershell has developed the AeroFlex Softsuit, a specialized garment that combines lightweight, supportive materials with exceptional load distribution. Constructed with ten layers of composite materials and 4mm-thick padding, the suit offers both superior support and flexibility,” said the company.
