Wired UK managed to get a sneak peak into the Star Wars Force Awakens stormtrooper dressing room, and they posted these images online for all fans too see. Costume designer Michael Kaplan’s revised stormtrooper designs retain the spirit of the original films, while giving them a more “battle ready” look. Unlike the original vacuum-formed suits, the team cast the new ones in polyurethane, resulting in much more flexibility as well as durability.
