Naughty Dog, developer of The Last of Us and Crash Bandicoot games, debuts Intergalactic The Heretic Prophet. The first game in a new action-adventure series set in the far future that follows bounty hunter Jordan A. Mun (Tati Gabrielle), who is stranded on Sempiria, a remote planet whose communication with the outside universe went dark hundreds of years ago.
To escape the planet, Jordan is faced with hostile, blade-wielding robots. In this first trailer, revealed at The Game Awards 2024, we see Jordan listening to music on a Sony CD player, watching anime, flying a Porsche-branded rocket ship, and wearing Adidas sneakers. It’s set for release on the PlayStation 5, but a release date has not yet been set.
