Life-sized LEGO Sonic the Hedgehog and Dr. Eggman in his Death Egg Robot sculptures arrived at Gamescom 2023. It took brick artists 1,450-hours to complete using over 383,000 LEGO pieces and Sonic Superstars producer Naoto Oshima was so impressed that he snapped a few pictures of the masterpieces for his Twitter fans earlier this week.
Speaking of SEGA, Sonic Superstars has been a big success, as it retains the 2D side-scrolling platformer action that fans of the series are familiar with, while adding a few new elements. The first one being that the game is rendered in 3D although movement is restricted to a 2D plane where players have to complete a series of levels to defeat Dr. Eggman. After the Sonic Superstars reveal, we wanted to share more details around the game and the upcoming LEGO themed integration on Sonic Cental.
