According to StarDate Online, there are a handful of meteorite / meteor showers headed our way in 2010, and the next one is “Lyrids” during the nights of April 21st, 22nd. Here’s one viewing tip: “Once you have settled at your observing spot, lie back or position yourself so the horizon appears at the edge of your peripheral vision, with the stars and sky filling your field of view.” Video after the break — image via.
