Microsoft has unveiled a home of the future, and it includes: a kitchen that can recognize vegetables and suggest recipes,gadgets that communicate with each other when they are tapped together, and images capable of being moved by ‘throwing’ them electronically. Microsoft’s Steve Clayton says that the company’s all-new Envisioning Center, which opened today, is “all about imagining how technology could be used to make life easier and more enjoyable, sometimes in small ways and sometimes in revolutionary ones.”
