Mio has expanded its Smartphone line with the A701, which boasts an integrated GPS receiver (SiRFstar III) and full PDA functionality. It’s powered by a 520MHz Intel Xscale PXA270 processor, 64MB RAM, and 128MB ROM. Other features include a 2.7-inch display, Bluetooth, 1.3-megapixel camera, GSM/GPRS, USB connectivity, and an SD card slot. Here’s what RegHardware had to say:

The Mio A701 disappointed me. I had high hopes that this was going to be a well integrated smart phone satnav solution, but it has too many little flaws. It’s by no means unusable, but it needs to be tweaked quite a bit before I’d consider buying one.
