In this demonstration, Nanosolar shows how they keep “thin film solar cells rolling off the presses at speedy 100 feet-per-minute.” Video after the break.
That’s apparently possible thanks to what the company claims is the industry’s first 1GW production tool, and its use of its own long-in-development nanoparticle ink, which eliminates the need for expensive high-vacuum chambers.
