In celebration of Apollo 11’s 40th anniversary, NASA has unveiled “partially restored video of a series of 15 memorable moments from the July 20 moonwalk. This video shows Neil Armstrong making his way to the lunar surface, by climbing down the lunar module ladder.” Continue reading to watch.

They’re planning to complete the whole thing this fall, but they’re showing off some of the more iconic moments now, such as the first steps on the moon.
