Amazon is set to take on UPS and FedEx with their new “Shipping with Amazon” (SWA) service that will see drivers retrieving packages directly from businesses and shipping them to their customers. The company is expected to begin testing SWA in Los Angeles within the next few weeks, and third-party sellers who offer their goods on Amazon will have the choice of selecting this option, but it should be accessible to other businesses as well later on.
