Nikon’s MRMC unveils Cinebot MAX, a robot designed for industry professionals capable of holding a 44-pound camera, while supporting a maximum height of 10.5-feet and a reach of 5.7-feet. It can easily be assembled and runs on battery power, making Cinebot MAX ideal for capturing footage in confined spaces that are otherwise inaccessible.
This model builds upon its predecessor and adds a Push Moco control interface, which enables operators to manually keyframe camera movements in a motion control setup. This hands-on approach lets operators to quickly fine-tune camera moves, expanding creative possibilities as well as facilitating the creation of custom motion control sequences. There’s no word yet on pricing, but you can see it in-person at NAB 2024 in Las Vegas starting on April 13.
