Momir Bojic, a 56-year-old auto enthusiast from Bosnia, recently showcased his unique Volkswagen Beetle, which is made almost entirely from wood. This idea came to him approximately 9-years-ago, and took him an entire year to make it a reality. This is not museum piece, but rather a real drivable vehicle, complete with wooden steering wheel, hub caps, and even dashboard. Abandoned Homes Nature

The structure you see above is on Holland Island in Chesapeake Bay, which is now under water due to flooding. The island was once inhabited by watermen and farmers, but has since been abandoned. Holland Island was originally settled in the 1600s, taking its name from early colonist Daniel Holland, the original purchaser of the property from the Dorchester County Sheriff. The “Ramnut”, created by Joshua Scherer, a UCLA college student who specializes in wacky food combinations. Somewhat similar to the ramen burger, made famous by Japanese chef Keizo Shimamoto, the Ramnut is based around pressed ramen, but in a circular shape.
