Lane Rouch, an adorable 3-year-old from Florida, has become somewhat of a star at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida, thanks to her mom and Disney fanatic mom, Jennifer. She pours her passion into amazing themed costumes using only materials found at local thrift shops.
