Mark Rober Field Goal Longest Detroit Lions
Inventor and former NASA / Apple engineer Mark Rober is back at it again, but it’s not a glitter bomb this time. What better way to celebrate Super Bowl weekend than by creating a robot capable of kicking the longest field goal? So, Detroit Lions kicker Matt Prater invited Rober to Ford Field to see if a robot can beat his 64 yard NFL world record. To accomplish this, the robot would need immense leg speed and a perfect point of impact on the ball.

The Xbox Design Team says the console looks the way it does is because they were designed to fit in anyone’s home, as they are architectural in nature, have personality as well as a visual appearance that stands up over time. It’s unimaginable to think that any living thing could survive falling through a black hole, but a report published by The Conversation says that it could be possible for humans if certain conditions are met. First off, it must be an isolated supermassive black hole, which means that the center is much farther from its event horizon. This allows a human to pass through the event horizon without feeling its immense gravitational pull.

Justin Bieber Rolls-Royce
Fans of the show “Pimp My Ride” are probably familiar with West Coast Customs, but did you know modified a Rolls-Royce for Justin Bieber? This particular example was modeled after the futuristic 103EX concept, and honestly, it might actually fool some people. Unlike the 103EX concept, the covers on this one-off creation aren’t able to move with the wheels, so they needed to create ultra wide body panels that flared outwards to accommodate the steering.
