Just about everyone loves a hot and tasty pizza, so why change something that already works? The K! Pizzacone shop — co-owned and managed by Ingo Pinto — in midtown set out to do just that. “If it works in Italy, it will work here,” said Pinto, who spreads tomato sauce inside the cones – shipped daily from a Connecticut bakery – before packing them with cheese and fixings.
