Sony announced today that the 20GB PlayStation 3 will be receiving a 20% price cut in Japan, which drops it down to $429 ($515 originally). Metal Gear Solid 4 footage from TGS ’06 after the jump. What are your thoughts?
No mention of the price for the higher-end PS3 was made likely because in Japan that price is being left to retailers to set. Sony has confirmed to me that HDMI out will now be present in both versions of the PS3 worldwide
